OOTD--Festive Rags

If there is anything the Mountain Kingdom Knows how to do, it's party!
Their festivals and night shindigs are truly an experience
it's like they don't sleep, and god are they loud
this gives them a pretty bad rep among other kingdoms, which is only ONE of the many reasons for their lack of alliances.
